I NEED A HERO. CAN YOU BE MY HERO?

Hi my name is Esrom and I live in Rosenberg , Texas. When I was five years old I was diagnosed with kidney failure. Ever since then, for the past 10 years it's been non- stop hospital visits, and hospital stays. I have been on dialysis for about 6 years and I still go 3 times a week. Dialysis is very hard on my body. It makes me weak and tired to the point where I had to go from regular school to virtual school and study at home. I can no longer meet with my friends or play basketball. During this time, I feel that my childhood passed me by. I am now 15 years old and in the 9th grade. I'm afraid that if I don't get a kidney transplant soon the same is going to happen to my teenage years. I really want to be healthy so that I can pursue my life's goals.

Get Tested Today

Donating can be done regardless of age. You can help get involved by first finding out your blood type . You can simply ask your doctor to order a blood test. If you find out that you have blood type B or type O please let us know thru the messaging form under "Contacts"at the top of this page. The lab will send your blood test results to Baylor Medical Center here in Houston, Texas for further evaluation. Baylor will do further testing and If they decide that you are a match the transplant will be scheduled. It will take approximately a week. All your travel accomodations , hotel stay, per diem and lost wages will be covered. You will have no out of pocket expenses. Remember your kidney could save Esrom's life !

Dear friends, My only child Esrom is in desperate need for a kidney transplant to save his life. He has had kidney failure for most of his life. His life now depends on dialysis. As he grows older we don't know what his long term health situation will look like. We need to find him a kidney NOW. Please help save his life. I am sure you can understand what I am going through as a mother. No child should have to go through life not knowing when their health is going to give up on them.
